Heads Letter:

Welcome to the Website for Rushall School

Our school is very popular with both parents and children. Pupils who have moved on regularly make return visits and older members of the community talk fondly of their days at Rushall.

It is this strong family ethos as well as a striving for and achieving of high standards in all aspects of teaching and learning that makes Rushall a very special place to learn. The children tell me how much they enjoy their lessons, how they feel able to talk with all staff, how friendships here are special and that they enjoy the wide variety of activities we offer each and every one of them. It is such comments that make us all want to work together and achieve the very best we can.

As a Church Aided School we work closely with our local churches and the community within which the school is located. This adds a special dimension to learning and further fosters respect and care for others.

Our test results show children who achieve well above nationally expected levels. Our school has active, creative, confident children who are keen to be involved and to learn and teachers who are well motivated to make learning effective and fun establishing a love of learning which will last a lifetime.
