Ensure that the school provides a balanced and broadly based
curriculum.
Ensure that the National Curriculum is taught. |

Oversee budget expenditure. Keep and eye on expenditure - 5 year forecast.
Health and Safety of premises. |

Recruit new staff. Pay and Conditions, including workforce reform.
